3. Finalization of leadership profile (working draft) and qualities/qualifications for new Superintendent and development of ad plan.	March 8 - March 19, 2004
4. Advertising of the position Local/state regional/national newspapers Education Week and other publications and web sites.	March 21 - April 23, 2004
5. Recruitment by search consultant(s).	March 22 - April 26, 2004
6. Requested application due date.	April 23, 2004
7. Screening and interviewing of applicants by search consultant(s).	April 19 - May 5, 2004
8. Initial review of applicants and selection of candidates to be interviewed.	May 6 - May 11, 2004
