6 Emergency Generators	July Start – October Completion	Emergency Generators will not hinder School Operations. These new generators will serve as back up power to meet Fire Code Requirements
3 Chillers Designs to be completed in May by A/E Firm & Reviewed by the Army Corp.	July Start – January 99 Completion	These chillers are not essential for this Summer Operations and school activities

DCPS legal sufficiency review/tax compliance/EEO compliance/DUNS numbers assignments — 1 week
City Council review — 2 weeks
Control Board review — 2 weeks
FMS obligation/D.C. Controller's Office override — 1 week
