ORDER

For the reasons stated in open court on March 30, 2004, and as set forth in the Memorandum Opinion issued this same day, it is by the Court hereby

ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction and appointment of an independent monitor [19] in Civil Action 02-2536 is hereby DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss filed by defendant the American Federation of Teachers [38] in Civil Action 02-2536 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss filed by defendant the Washington Teachers' Union Executive Board [33] in Civil Action 02-2536 is DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss filed by defendant the Washington Teachers' Union Board of Trustees [55][60] is hereby DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the renewed motion to intervene and for appointment of counsel filed by Marie Baird Currie, et al. [61] is DENIED. Ms. Currie et al., are, however, welcome to continue to serve as amicus curiae in Civil Action 02-2536 at their own expense; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that motion to dismiss filed by Errol Alderman [66] is DENIED without prejudice pursuant to this Court’s February 26, 2003, Order staying the case as to individual defendants.
